CSESI: Computer Science Education Summer Institutes

The goal of this summer institute its to provide a intesive but supportive envieonment, if only for a week to start, that inspires and challenges K-12 teachers to include computational thinking into their classes using innovative and even unexpected approaches. CSESI works to provide a chance for teachers from the Delaware Valley (and possibly beyond) to meet with unversity computing professors, to hear their views about computing educations, to network with other K-12 teachers, and to work hands-on with curricular tools and technologies.

CSESI is coordinated with the Summer Institutes for K-12 Teachers at Bryn Mawr College and is funded by a science education grant from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute
